Wellington Investments acquires and manages real estate portfolios and properties with a focus on short term and long-term value creation. Wellington acts as both a buyer and partner with select accredited investors on a preferred return basis. Our team handles all aspects of a transaction from acquisition and repositioning of the asset, right through to permanent refinancing or disposition.

 

While we only invest in a handful of real estate a year, it means we can focus solely on those who we believe really have the founders, team, and drive to succeed.
